I hope everyone has been enjoying their summer so far. I’ve been taking a break from baking for a few days to enjoy the Fourth of July Holiday weekend with my family. Marion in the United Kingdom had fun putting different ingredients into the breads she made this month – seeds and herbs, yoghurt, porridge oats, roasted butternut squash. She looks forward to the early morning sessions and the rhythm of the kneading.
