In Ancient Grains for Modern Meals, the author, Maria Speck, expresses her desire to transform the world into one planet of whole grain lovers. Her love of whole grains shines through the book, and I thoroughly enjoyed reading her experiences and learning the history behind some of the recipes. Read my review of the book here.
