We’re canning apples for the tigress can jam. I was a little disappointed last month that apples weren’t on the list, but I needn’t have worried. We’re all in different growing seasons so even though it’s November, apples are still available. I got a half peck of Winesap Apples from my favorite farm and made this delicious Maple Apple Butter in the crock pot.
