Ha! You must be the first who had to add more flour to the poolish AND more flour to the dough itself! That might explain how you managed to get 4 loaves instead of 3.
How I wish I’d thought of using walnut oil instead of sunflower oil. What a great idea.

Thanks Elizabeth! I didn’t add any flour to the poolish, but I definitely added it to the final dough. Since I don’t have sunflower oil, I had a choice between using olive oil or walnut oil. I opted for the walnut oil.
